You may also mail the completed registration form to Readak at 77 Powdermill Road, Suite B-2, Acton, MA, 01720-5931, or bring it to the office at the host school. In all cases, the Readak instructor will confirm your child's schedule the Thursday before classes are scheduled to begin.
